Fool - pop at the annoucement

Fool announced NICE and it popped 7% within a few minutes - is it because of fool or other factors?  Don't know, but it might worthwhile to jump on a new one with it is announced.  Now the steady passing income is good, the risks tolerant in the market can be much higher.
